About us

The council was set up by a group of diplomats, academics, professionals, military experts and businessmen, who agree on the need to invigorate and stimulate the profound and far reaching interaction between Egypt and its regional and international environment as the world steps into the twenty-first century in a climate of unprecedented and fast breaking events. In accordance with law 32 for 1964, the Council has been registered with the NGOs General Department of the Ministry of Social Affairs under no. 413 on 2 May, 1999
